(1)SNOWKEY plate ice ranges from 5mm to 30mm in thickness and 20mm
to 50mm in width with indefinite shape. The thickness and width can
be adjusted freely according to use.
(2)SNOWKEY plate ice boasts the advantage of even cooling effect,
good ventilation, steady and uniform refrigeration temperature,
which make it suitable for refrigerating aquatic products.
(3)As transparent crystal, SNOWKEY plate ice is not liable to melt,
so that it can be stored for a longer time. Ordinary ice is opaque,
since it contains air bubbles and impurities, and is small in
density, softy in texture and liable to melt. However, SNOWKEY
plate ice is pure in color and luster, hard, transparent, dry and
powderless. Due to small surface area, it achieves better cold
storage effect and spends 305 more time in melting than the other
type of ice.
(4)SNOWKEY plate ice fully conforms to HACCP and FDA certificate
requirement. It can be applied to such fields as ice storage
air-conditioner, edible ice, aquatic foods, chemical industry,
skiing, etc.
(5)SNOWKEY plate ice evaporator mainly falls into two kinds,
aluminium alloy plate ice evaporator and stainless steel plate ice
evaporator. Plate ice evaporator adopts direct expansion systems
and use R-22at the evaporating temperature -17℃. And the
refrigerant can also be NH3.
